Map Pick/Bans

All matches will have maps determined by pick/bans, using the regular season map pool.

Ringers

The ringer system used during the regular season will remain in effect during playoffs. Teams may use one default ringer from their division or below. This ringer must either be paid up on another roster or be signed up as a “free agent”. If not, a one time ringer fee must be paid for the match. The opposing team is allowed to contest this ringer if they deem necessary and an admin will review their request. If the admin deems the ringer appropriate, they will be allowed in the match. Their decision is final.

Forfeits

Teams are encouraged to be flexible with their scheduling of playoff matches. Forfeit wins will not be granted during playoffs without administrator approval. If a team is found to be disruptive during playoffs (or forfeits one or more matches) prize earnings may be reduced.

Team Suspensions

The following rosters have been forcibly disbanded. No individual bans have been given to players on these rosters:

Randy and the Rangerrettes, Advanced- Refusing to ready up for a match to troll an opposing team, falsely reporting the scores of that match, and using unpaid players throughout the season. This team acquired five separate penalties through the season, including three major penalties, meaning they have been expelled from the league.

Frick and du bois (Formerly Sojourner), Main- Roster Hijacking. After the original Sojourner team died, 6+ players who were previously not rostered attempted to use the roster to play the remaining two weeks and playoffs. Currently, roster hijacking rules are not specified anywhere in the 6v6 rules. That said, it should be quite clear why it is not ok for a team to take over another team's roster midseason given they were not the team that achieved that roster’s match results. This oversight in the rules will be fixed for season 2.
